Amazing hotel that has superfriendly staff in a bouth giving orders to the waiters. The location is comfy and brilliant, 3 miles from Southernmost Point. It's in the nice area next to great shuttle service downtown, downtown, and Key West which is another bonus.

Very nice hotel, clean, tidy and great staff!! Nice restaurant and free shuttles down to Duval. Perfect for spring breakers as it's close to Smathers beach!!

The rooms were functional and airy with marvellous views. Had a living room and a kitchen.

I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with kitchenette. Everything seemed excellent, fairly clean.

My sisters and I stayed here for a 4-day "granny getaway". The staff, room, pool and food was excellent. Everyone was helpful, the room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The pool area, bar and outdoor dining all were very inviting and relaxing. I would stay again and recommend to others.

A nice hotel with a perfect location (beach across the road). The rooms are large, two flatscreens, a walk in closet. For a few nights it was just perfect. You do need a car. The free hotel shuttle could be full. Pakring is free at the hotel. In the town you must pay for parking apr. 1,50 per hour. You could pay by creditcard but sometimes you have to pay with quarters. The main street is a little bit overcrowded with drunk people in the weekends, but still has a nice atmosphere. A nice hotel for a few night on the keys.

It's a little bit overpriced. The couch was a little bit dirty. And you only have a balcony if you pay for the few beachview rooms.

Loved the beach amenities like paddle boards and the cozy vibes at the pool bar. We had a blast!

Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.

Professional and courteous staff, free shuttle to downtown is very convenient.

Wifi was not working throughout duration of stay, even though free in- room wifi access came with the room rate.

The free shuttle bus to Duval Street was very good and punctual.

The hotel rooms were functional and a little smaller than expected for a US hotel. I would say more motel rather than hotel standard.

We had a great time relaxing by the pool and savoring the delicious food options available. The drinks were amazing, and the welcoming atmosphere! Definitely would return.

Perfect location across the street from the beach and nice pool area. Room cleanliness could be improved. Found a cockroach in our bed. Staff was accommodating but service at the restaurant was slow.

I will put it this away, there is nothing I did not like. Very good please keep up the good work and I will stay at the Sheraton Suites Key West and recommend it when ever possible.. Thanks again for a wonderful stay...
